Using this site
This website is provided by Aim High Advising for information about our services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse the forms, messaging, AI assistant, or content, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or using it to send unlawful or abusive material.
The free audit
The free audit is provided as a courtesy with no obligation. It reflects our assessment based on publicly available information and the details you provide. It is not professional, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of any specific result.
AI Front Desk and AI services
AI Front Desk, AI chat, voice agents, automated follow-up, and related services are software-supported business tools. They are not human operators, emergency dispatchers, legal advisors, medical providers, financial advisors, or professional compliance advisors. You are responsible for deciding whether an AI service is appropriate for your business, customers, industry, and location.
You are responsible for your business operations, customer communications, call forwarding, phone numbers, calendar access, lead handling, disclosures, consents, privacy obligations, industry rules, and compliance with laws that apply to your use of the service. You agree not to use our AI services for emergencies, life-safety situations, regulated professional advice, unlawful calls, deceptive impersonation, harassment, spam, or any use that requires a licensed professional or guaranteed human response.
AI systems can misunderstand callers, provide incomplete responses, fail to capture information, experience outages, or depend on third-party providers such as phone, messaging, payment, hosting, and AI infrastructure. You are responsible for reviewing call summaries, monitoring performance, responding to leads, and telling us promptly if something needs to be corrected.
AI Front Desk billing and usage
Starter and Plus plans include standard setup for basic AI answering, lead capture, greeting setup, call forwarding guidance, and email lead alerts. Text alerts are not included until SMS approval and provider setup are active. Unless separately agreed in writing, custom integrations, CRM setup, complex call flows, website work, automations, advanced knowledge bases, data cleanup, calendar restructuring, or other custom implementation work are not included and may require a separate quote.
Plans may include a stated number of AI voice minutes for each billing period. Additional AI voice minutes, additional language support, forwarded call time, approved text messages if enabled later, phone numbers, provider pass-through charges, or other usage-based costs may be billed automatically as overage or recurring add-ons at the rates shown at checkout or in your agreement. Usage is measured from provider records and may be rounded up to the nearest minute or billing unit. You authorize Aim High Advising and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method for subscription fees, overage, recurring add-ons, and approved custom work.
No guarantees
Marketing results vary by business, market, and effort. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific revenue, rankings, leads, or other outcomes. Any pricing shown is current as of the effective date and may change.
Customer content and instructions
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the business information, scripts, FAQs, offers, pricing, service areas, emergency rules, and instructions you provide to us. We may use that information to configure AI services, but you remain responsible for approving how your business is represented.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and code of this site are owned by Aim High Advising or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent.
Third-party links
This site may link to other websites or tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and any starter AI services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim High Advising is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, or damages caused by third-party services, call forwarding failures, carrier issues, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, messaging providers, or customer misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim High Advising's total liability for any claim related to the AI Front Desk Starter or other starter service is limited to the amount you paid to Aim High Advising for that specific service in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim, or $99, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Aim High Advising harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your business, your customer communications, your instructions or content, your use or misuse of AI services, your failure to respond to leads or monitor the service, or your violation of law or these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
