This policy explains what Aim High Advising ("Aim High," "we," "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you submit a form, text us, call us, or talk with our AI assistant, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and whatever you tell us about your needs.
Call and message data: if you call or text the number on this site, we process your phone number and the content of your message or call so we can respond and follow up. Calls may be handled through a tracking number and may be logged or recorded for quality and follow-up.
Voice and chat interactions: if you use the AI assistant by voice or text, we process the audio or text of that conversation in real time to understand you and respond. See "Voice data and biometrics" below.
Automatically collected data: like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to you, prepare your free audit, provide and improve our services, follow up about working together, measure how our marketing performs, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and shares certain activity on this site (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising. These tools may use cookies that recognize your device across websites.
You can limit this: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Using these controls will not stop you from using the site.
Text messaging and mobile data
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send messages related to your request, setup, follow-up, and client support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone for marketing. Voice data and biometrics
When you speak with our AI assistant, we process your voice to convert it to text and respond. Audio is processed by our voice AI provider to power the conversation. A transcript of the conversation, including any contact details or request you share, may be kept as part of your inquiry so we can follow up, the same way a written form submission would be. We do not use your voice to create a voiceprint or any other biometric identifier, and we do not use voice data to identify you as an individual. We do not collect, capture, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting and database infrastructure, our voice AI provider, customer relationship and email tools, our messaging provider, our payment processor, and the analytics and advertising tools described above. These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out at any time. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
