Aim High Systems Privacy Policy

Aim High Systems is operated by Aim High Advising LLC. This policy explains how the Aim High Systems mobile app handles information for client workspaces, business owners, managers, and staff users.
This policy applies to the Aim High Systems mobile app for iOS and Android and the related client workspace services we provide to active Aim High Advising clients. The Aim High Advising public website is covered by the main website privacy policy.
Information the app uses
Account and profile information: name, email address, role, project membership, and workspace access settings.
Business workspace data: leads, customer records, tasks, approvals, service requests, activity records, reports, notification settings, and related business information added to the workspace.
Device and notification data: device push tokens, notification preferences, platform information, and app state needed to deliver alerts.
Optional transcript or content records: call, meeting, script, or content records only when those modules are enabled for a workspace.
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, authenticate users, enforce workspace access, send alerts, show tasks and results, process service requests, support clients, and improve system reliability.
Tracking and advertising
The Aim High Systems mobile app V1 does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use app data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The Aim High Advising public website may use analytics and advertising tools as described in the main website privacy policy.
Biometric unlock
Biometric unlock is handled by the operating system on your device. Aim High Systems does not collect, receive, store, or process biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, face geometry, or voiceprints.
Push notifications
If you enable push notifications, the app stores a device token so alerts can be routed to your device. You can manage app notification preferences inside Settings and through your device settings.
How information is shared
We use service providers needed to operate the app and business system, including hosting, authentication, database, notification, communication, and support providers. We do not sell personal information.
Security
The app uses authenticated access and tenant-scoped database rules so users only see the workspace surfaces their role allows. Service-role keys and internal admin controls are not included in the mobile app.
Data retention
Workspace data is retained as needed to provide services, meet client obligations, support business records, and comply with legal requirements. You can request deletion or correction by contacting us.
Account and data deletion
Aim High Systems accounts are created for client workspaces by Aim High Advising or an authorized client administrator. To request account deletion, workspace access removal, or deletion or correction of personal information, email [email protected] with your name, workspace or business name, and the email address used for the app.
We may need to retain certain records when required by law, contract, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business obligations.
Your choices
You can update notification preferences in the app. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].
Children
The app is intended for business owners, managers, staff, and authorized users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
